If you are considering installing a hi-steer system on your Hilux, this IFS steering box mount with chassis plates is the ideal solution for you.

Our comprehensive kit eliminates the guesswork and reinforces the front rails of your Hilux, preparing them for shock towers, bump stop mounts, and any additional components you may wish to install. It also provides a secure mounting location for an IFS steering box.

This kit is compatible with a FLAT PITMAN ARM.

Kit Includes:

• 2 Outer chassis plates (driver and passenger side)
• Crush tubes for IFS steering box
• Inner chassis plate
• Top plate to box out the chassis

We have optimised the steering box mounts to be positioned as far forward as possible without interfering with the radiator support, while maximising clearance for uptravel. The tie rod nut is designed to fit snugly against the chassis. Installation is straightforward, utilising two factory captive nuts in the chassis for easy alignment.

This kit is engineered to integrate seamlessly with our shock towers, specifically designed for an LN106 with 13" shocks. The towers self-align on the chassis plates, ensuring precise placement during installation.

Note: This kit does not include a steering box or Hi Steer Kit; these components must be purchased separately.
