The concentrate is housed in a glass vial with plastic & metal tops that are separated upon opening. The outer paper packaging and its components are recyclable without being separated.

Beyond packaging, the concentrate is produced with minimal water which has several benefits. It has a higher level of preservative, therefore a longer shelf-life due to being in a concentrated form. In addition, production costs are lower, shipping fees are lower, packaging sizes are smaller and carbon footprint overall has been reduced.
