At first glance, he looked just like a protector of scholars; he wore the blue scarves of the district and held in his hand a spear of the same hue. However, the weight of the scarlet dagger concealed under his belt brought his thoughts back to the walls, where for the first time he had sunk that blade into the skull of a green skin. He smiled; he was eager to return there.
