The Force USA G1 V2 (F-G1-V2) is the starter all-in-one that doesn’t feel like a starter. You get a power rack for barbell work, a dual adjustable cable trainer with a smooth 2:1 pulley ratio, a built-in landmine / core trainer, a low row setup, and a multi-grip chin-up station — all in one compact frame. The G1 V2 is plate-loaded, so you can use the Olympic plates you already own instead of buying weight stacks. With optional upgrades like a lat pulldown seat, low row footplate, dip handles, jammer arms, and vertical leg press, this unit can grow with you instead of being something you outgrow.
