The Sonance IS Space Saver (Small) is a flat-packed, lightweight unit installed into new construction during the early stages of a project to reserve the exact location of a Sonance IS6 invisible speaker. By placing a Space Saver during framing, the actual speaker doesn't have to be ordered, shipped, or stored on site until the finish trades are wrapping up — reducing handling, theft risk, and the chance of construction damage to the finished speaker.

Space Savers are easy to transport, reusable, and recyclable. At the appropriate stage of construction, the speaker installer removes the Space Saver and replaces it with the IS6 invisible speaker, which is then plastered and finished to disappear. Sized specifically for the IS6 cabinet. Supplied 4-pack.

Use one Space Saver per planned IS6 speaker location. The flat-pack format ships efficiently and stores compactly on site between framing and final speaker installation.

Coordinate Space Saver delivery with the framing schedule so the units arrive before drywall but after rough mechanical and electrical work is signed off. Late arrival forces the speaker contractor back to the site for an additional mobilization.
