Ingredients:

Non-medicinal: Cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, glycerin.

Directions: Adults, take 4 tablets 2 times per day, (or 8 tablets 1 time per day).
