How to Use:

1. Twist off the big back-end cap to reveal the plunger.
2. To uncover the needle, twist and pull off the orange cap. Be careful not to bend the needle or let it touch anything.
3. Pull the plunger down to draw in some air - make sure it’s the same amount of units as the insulin you’ll be taking.
4. Push the needle into the center of the rubber top on your insulin bottle, ensuring the whole needle goes in. Then, press the plunger to push the air into the bottle.
5. Keep the needle in the bottle, then flip the bottle and syringe upside down.
6. Pull the plunger down to fill the syringe with insulin, stopping when the top black line lines up with your dose.
