Usage:

1. Hand Sweep: After turning on the lamp, slowly sweep it 2-3 times back and forth over the surface of objects (towels, masks) that need sterilization.
2. Long Lighting Method: Hang the lamp on a wall nail or hook. Once the lamp is on, ensure that no people or animals are present, and let it illuminate the entire space for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Notes:

• If fixing the lamp in one place for irradiation, it is advisable to irradiate for 15-30 minutes within an effective distance of 3 meters.
• When sterilizing masks, sheets, towels, underwear, etc., ensure both sides are adequately exposed. Avoid prolonged direct UV radiation on living bodies, especially the skin and eyes.
